The Chinese Debating Team of our school participated in a debating competition organized by the Joint Committee for the Promotion of the Basic Law of Hong Kong on the 25th January at Yew Chung International School of Hong Kong (Secondary Section), and came back with a brilliant result.
As the affirmative side of the motion in the debate, our students were competing with students from Heep Yunn School, who were representing the negative side. After an intense debate over the motion, our school clinched the championship with a score of 5:0. The best debater was Chan Ka Yan.
