On 31 March and 9 April 2025, our S1 students visited Outback Steakhouse at Tsuen Wan Plaza.
During the visit, our students had a unique opportunity to explore the restaurant operation. This included an insightful tour of the restaurant’s kitchen. Additionally, they took part in interactive hands-on activities in the bartender station guided by the Outback Steakhouse staff.
This immersive experience not only deepened the students’ understanding of the complexities of the food service industry, but it also fostered an appreciation for the precision and dedication necessary to uphold high standards in the restaurant business.
In addition to the tours to the restaurant kitchen and bartender station, the students received lessons in proper table etiquette, coupled with practical experience in ordering meals. Communicating with the staff in English added an extra dimension to their learning experience,
