On April 10, 2026, our Careers Guidance Section led 30 S.4 and S.5 students on a "Greater Bay Area Exploration Tour." Organized by the Education Bureau, this immersive journey to Zhuhai provided students with a unique vantage point on the region’s heritage and its future as a global innovation hub.

Tracing Roots and Progress
The day began at the Zhuhai Chronicles Museum, where history came to life through multimedia exhibits. Students traced Zhuhai’s evolution from an ancient coastal town to a modern powerhouse of the Reform and Opening-up era, gaining a deeper appreciation for the cultural synergy shared by Guangdong, Hong Kong, and Macau.

Empowering Future Entrepreneurs
At the AHA Hong Kong and Macau Youth Incubation Centre, students caught a glimpse of their own potential futures. The visit highlighted the robust support systems available for Hong Kong youth in Zhuhai, showcasing how the city acts as a launchpad for aspiring entrepreneurs to integrate into the national development framework.

Witnessing the Tech Revolution
The afternoon focused on cutting-edge technology at the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao 3D Printing Industry Innovation Centre. From aerospace components to medical breakthroughs, students witnessed how 3D printing is revolutionizing industries. The facility tours sparked curiosity about STEM careers and the power of technological upgrading.

This tour was more than just a field trip; it was a profound learning experience that bridged the gap between classroom knowledge and real-world opportunities, inspiring our students to envision their roles within the collaborative future of the Greater Bay Area.
