Parent Workshop (I) : Parent Mental and Physical Health Soul Art Workshop

This parent workshop was quite special. It's not about sitting still and listening to lectures, but rather about taking care of parents' mental, physical, and spiritual well-being. Parents worked together on crafts. Through their creations, they gained insights into their own thoughts. Additionally, there was a yoga relaxation session to help everyone relax mentally.
