2024-04-18S.3 Seminar on Choice of Electives
S.3 Seminar on Choice of Electives aimed to assist S3 students in gaining a better understanding of the content of elective subjects in senior secondary curriculum and provided them with valuable information to choose elective subjects. During the group activity, students learned about the characteristics and requirements of different subjects. Teachers of elective subjects prepared a wealth of materials for the students, including textbooks, past papers, and PowerPoint presentations, to help them know more about each subject. The teachers shared their subject expertise, answered students’ questions, and offered valuable advice. We appreciated all the help the teachers gave during the activity. The workshop provided students with a unique opportunity to better understand their interests and abilities, enabling them to make wise choices for their future learning paths.

Our students participated in the 2024“My Interfaces with the Belt and Road Initiative”Integrated Abilities Competition and won the 2nd Class prizes in the B&R category.

Our students participated in the Inter-secondary School Beach Volleyball Competition (NT region). Choi Chak Hei (5A) and Wong Pui Ka (5A) won the fourth place.

2024-04-06Guided Eco-Tour of Fung Yuen Butterfly Reserve
On 6 April, 2024 (Saturday), more than 20 students and teachers joined the “Guided Eco-Tour of Fung Yuen Butterfly Reserve”, which was organized by the Environmental Association, to learn about the conservation of butterflies in Hong Kong.

Champion of the 76th Hong Kong Schools Music Festival – Recorder Ensemble (Secondary) New Territories West Region
Our school recorder ensemble teams participated in the 76th Hong Kong Schools Music Festival – New Territories West Region Recorder Ensemble (Secondary) Competition. The two teams received Silver Award and Bronze Award respectively. One of our teams was the Champion of the region.

2024-03-15Salute to Teachers Competition 2023: Chinese Slogan Design Competition (S1 to S6) and Chinese Essay Competition (S4 to S6)

Two students received awards in the Salute to Teachers Competition 2023 organized by the Committee on Respect Our Teachers Campaign.

3A Lucas Wong was the champion of the Chinese Slogan Design Competition (S1 to S6).
4B Yoyo Wong was the 2nd runner-up of the Chinese Essay Competition (S4 to S6).

2024-03-10HSBC X JA Company Programme

JA Company Programme - Innovation Pop-up

HSBC x JA Company Programme enables students to develop their entrepreneurial mindset and 21st century skills. Under the guidance of volunteer business advisors, our students established 'Featherapy' , which aims to help Hong Kong people reduce stress and express emotions. 
On 10/3/2024, there were 33 S4 and S5 students participating in the event of Innovation Pop Up held in K11 Art Mall.  'Featherapy' has received the 'Digital Entrepreneurship Award'. Congratulations to all awardees. 

2024-03-04Happy Family Day organized by the Hong Kong Adventure Corps
The Happy Family Day, organized by the Hong Kong Adventure Corps, was held on 4 March 2024 at the High Island Training Camp in Sai Kung Country Park, where parents and their children spent a fun day together.

Participants were given challenging leadership training tasks to learn to observe and understand themselves, develop good interpersonal and social skills, and build up a positive attitude and team spirit. Parents also spared some time to visit the facilities and booths, which promote positive values such as "Love and Care", "Responsibility and Respect", and "Communication and Harmony" to enhance parent-child relationship.
2024-03-02The 1st National Floor Curling City Tour (Fujian Station)

Our school is delighted to receive an invitation from the “Hong Kong Curling Federation, China” to send our Floor Curling Team to participate in the 1st National Floor Curling City Tour. The event took place in Pingtan, Fujian, from March 2nd to 3rd. In the Secondary School Boy's Division, our team achieved fourth place.
