World Restart a Heart Day

“World Restart a Heart Day 2024” is organized by the Hong Kong Red Cross and co-organized by SADS HK Foundation. On 21 September 2024, the Hong Kong Red Cross arranged first-aid instructors to provide training in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) for 25 students at school and helped them register as Heart Ambassadors.
20 students also attended the “World Restart a Heart Day 2024 - Mass CPR Demonstration Event” on 12 October 2024. The event aims to strengthen participants' understanding and confidence in using CPR and AED, and to encourage the public to bravely lend a helping hand in critical moments. This event included a recognition ceremony to thank the support and contributions of the campus Heart Ambassadors. Students also participated in a mass CPR demonstration.
