Information of the activity: Students from Ho Fung College (Sponsored by Sik Sik Yuen) and Ho Shun Primary School (Sponsored by Sik Sik Yuen) recently joined forces for a Mathematical Olympiad Interactive Learning Day, fostering a spirit of collaborative learning!
The activity was conducted in small groups, where Primary 4 to Primary 6 students from Ho Shun were divided into eight teams. Each team was led by a Secondary 1 to Secondary 4 student from Ho Fung. They worked together to solve two challenging mathematical Olympiad problems, which had been meticulously designed by the Ho Fung students.
The participants were fully engaged and actively involved in the discussions, enhancing their problem-solving skills and logical thinking. They worked collaboratively to solve the problems and present their solutions.
This learning experience not only allowed the students to strengthen their critical thinking through interaction but also provided a wonderful opportunity to experience the joy of mathematics together!
