The ⁠WWF Secondary School Education Programme: “Hoi Ha Wan – Oceanographer” on 2 July 2026 was an immersive 4-hour field study that allowed students to act as oceanographers. Students observed hard coral communities in the bay on a glass-bottomed boat and they handled professional scientific equipment. Furthermore, students investigated seawater properties, plankton ecology, and human impacts on marine biodiversity at the ⁠Hoi Ha Wan Marine Park.
